There are a select handful of people that are actually kind and treat you with respect and humanity. Unfortunately, they are not in my department

Hourly office employees are treated like second class citizens. For example, hourly employees are not invited to the annual Christmas party and are forced to take 2 weeks off unpaid during the holiday season. No holiday pay despite working most major summer holidays Many perks, such as pizza supplied to the office, are for managers only per the direction of Director of HR Very difficult employee base and almost no support from management The benefits such as PTO and health insurance are very poor. 5 vacation a year.
