If you are working in sports you will work a lot but you were able to have plenty of time on the off-season off. The pay is really good for what you're doing and you work with some amazing people. You will also be able to see some amazing events

Cons

Depending on there might not be a very clear objective of what they are looking for. Granted might experience being at four different locations three of them were amazing I had one bad experience so that's not that bad but I have heard other executive chef tell me the same thing that they were looking for a little bit more guidance and it was hard to get. But I do know that they have changed a lot of their training which is good to hear
