Pros
- Genuinly lovely coworkers. Never met someone I didn't get along with - Socially the working enviroment is great - Great vision and ideals, makes you genuinly want to do your best - Flexible hours, you can work every day for a week and then not at all for months (good for students) - If you do well there are ways you'll be recognised for it - Managers are generally very friendly and never above helping you out/taking a till - Good pay (£8ph cashier)
Cons
- Just not enough staff, so it gets very hectic very quickly - Few breaks, very busy- expect to be on your feet six hours straight - Prices are so high customers often end up complaining to employees - During the summer there can be a lack of work - Be prepared- doesn't matter what job you signed up for, you'll be doing all sorts- hot food, hospitality, till work
