Pros
Good pay for part time work. Great experience and was very helpful for my CV. Meet lots of nice people who will often tip you if you provide a good service.
Cons
Much harder work than expected. Long hours, be prepared to work long hours Whilst some customers are nice, some can be rude and short tempered Staff can be also be short tempered. I was moved around a lot and was given tasks I was not expected (e.g. I was expected to do a shift as a waiter but ended up washing dishes my entire shift).
