      My personal opnion of Levy

      Pros

      I've been with this company for 18 years. Hourly wage is great for a seasonal job. Medical and dental benefits are provided if you work the required hours.

      Cons

      We need better representation by the Union Stewards in our venue (Dodger Stadium). Or new representatives the ones we have don't listen to the employees. It's there way or no way. Shop Stewards talk to us our opinion counts.

      Pros

      Diversity (which is hard to find in LV); interesting work; lots of fun events (hockey, concerts)

      Cons

      Constant mix messages/instructions with managers/supervisors; very, very rude managers/supervisors (this is their first time handling concerts and hockey; they are a 'bit' overwhelmed and it shows; especially during mass hirings and Xmas, which was a disaster); inconsistency with employee policies; lack of courtesies/cultural sensitivity training with managers/supervisors/upper level management.

      Pros

      Fun events, if you can see them at all. Coworkers are true rockstars. Cool managers and staff. Lots of souvenirs

      Cons

      People don't matter, just numbers. Terrible budgets, too many bosses and too many changes that don't work on certain markets, but everyone has to reproduce them. Not what they say they are, pretty crappy treatment to employees, preference given to friends not hard work. Terrible contracts with unreal requests, not faire for management to fulfill false promises to clients. Low pay and under equipped kitchens.
