Pros

They make an attempt to get the employees input on things and they try to do little events from time-to-time.

Cons

No healthcare benefits. Not flexible as far as catering to guests, which can be tough as an employee, because we're constantly giving guests bad news.

Pay methods were highly modernized . The switch from previous company (as owners of our business) to this one was painless and simple.

Cons

Stricter dress codes for our cooking attire. The changes made leaned more toward company desires for a 'look' rather than practicality and comfort for the chefs.
