Pros

Can eat anything from concession but they make you do so much you don't have time. The hours in your schedule is not really what your working you might leave an hour early or be 2 hours later and there are no excuses if you have to leave. They don't really train you and except for u to know everything

Cons

They are very unprofessional, sometimes you have to work 18 hrs a day on big events. The people can be rude and nice but they all act like the job is a competition. if you are a student recommend this job for the experience but don't recommend this job if you want to go up its going to time.

I think in general the culture at the corporate office in Chicago is great and they do attempt to create that sense throughout their locations across the company, but is challenging.

Cons

The union and employees in Boston are extremely difficult to work with and make management's lives miserable. There are long hours, little pay and the environment is hostile at times.
