Overall great place to work. Work lots of hours but compensated well, and worked under good leadership. Great manager training program.

Cons

Work lots of hours..job expectation was set too high. I realized I needed to ask for help and it would be provided to me.

Energetic Work Atmosphere, Strong Team Mentality Awesome Location (United Center), Fantastic Catered Lunches 9-5 mon-fri Off All Of July

Cons

Little room for creativity, and not a "fun" office to work in. Events are amazing, but the normal office workload is typical, mundane and outdated. Seasonality of the company allows for a large unpaid vacation in July.
