Pros

Fun environment, great people to work with, hoping travel opportunities are what they claim, so far pretty good. the tips started off slow, but have gotten much better as the season has progressed.

Cons

Credit card tips are taxed and unavailable until payday, extensive inventory/ set-up and take-down time. The actual time of tending bar is only a short portion of the hours of work involved. The bar stock at the different bars should be a little more cohesive.
