Pros

Flexible with hours, if you get them.

Cons

The suites management team at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium property is absolutely terrible! They don’t care about their employees. Everything is segregated by full time or part time employment. The is no upward mobility. You are constantly overworked and under paid. HR is also terrible. They barely respond and handle things in a way that is unprofessional.

Pros

Employees are eager to learn and wants leaders that will Enhance their culinary future and growth . But you have to have a level of professionalism in order for the staff to respect you

Cons

They don’t treat employees far they have their favorite Chef can hit associate and nothing is done to that Chef basically assault so I would stay away from Atlanta Levy Restaurants

Pros

Free dinner every shift. Even though shifts were long (10+ hours), they went by very fast and were over before you knew it. You could choose what days you wanted to come in, within reason. Game days were mandatory, but if you chose to you could come in between and help set up.

Cons

NO TRAINING besides an initial orientation about the company and serving alcohol responsibly. After that, you were on your own. I have never been in a more disrespectful or unorganized work environment in my life, and hope to never be again. No/little communication, which led to a lot of misunderstandings. If there was an issue, you were either spoken to about it directly in a very threatening way or the manager would get someone else to say it to you, in one case even texting the person next to you (while you're all in the same room) to tell you later rather than them telling you themselves. No oversight on set-up days other than delegating certain tasks. This resulted in jobs that could have been done in a day or two (or maybe even less) being done halfway or not at all and only being discovered on game days, where we only had a few hours to prepare. There was almost never enough time to prepare because these tasks could simply not be done in that short amount of time. People who had been there longer than me working on the same project reported no work-life balance, having had no days off in months. There is so much more I could say, but I want to keep this professional. If I could give a negative score, I would.
