Cons

No benefits Disrespectful management Favoritism No opportunity for growth unless you stroke the managers ego.

Working at Levy (Barclays Center) is a lively atmosphere. The guests are great and the concerts give opportunity to hear new music. During games you get swept up in the hype with the fans. Co-workers are fun to work with.

Cons

Micromanagement and nitpicking of small things can be tedious. Promotions based more on who you know rather than actual merit.
