Pros

Nice people. Lots of room for growth and both vertical and lateral movement. Employees really care about what they're selling. Lots of opportunities to interact with other Compass sectors, which is great for potential careers in the future.

Cons

Lack of management. Under resourced. Constantly shifting target. Lack of focus from upper management. Resistance to changing processes from older employees. Antiquated processses that worked when levy was a small company no longer sustainable but unwillingness to change
