      Good energetic work environment with crazy hours

      Pros

      This is a fun and energetic company. You are allowed to be creative. You have flexibility to create new processes and systems.

      Cons

      The Work Life balance is not a priority. The company will use you as much as they can and will make you travel as much as they can.

      Pros

      Levy Restaurants is not a high-pressure working environment. Catering is a business where everyone basically orders the same food - there are very few special requirements, and when there are they are easy to remember.

      Cons

      Job description was unclear - as a server/busser I would be told to go look for a tablecloth or a serving platter without being advised with clear instructions as to where it was or even what it looked like. There was a lot of guesswork, but overall the company ran smoothly and the outcome was good.
