Pros
I get to work in a really fun environment with mostly fun co-workers. The pay is decent for someone who just needs extra money, and the schedule is pretty flexible since we only work during events. They recently started acknowledging employees' birthdays with cards and a huge cake for everyone. They also recently upgraded the employee meal. We now have foods like salads, lasagna, and Salisbury steak, whereas we used to have to choose between burgers, hot dogs, nachos and fries before every shift.
Cons
There is little-to-no stability. You never know where in the building you'll be working until you come in for work. The schedule can change and you may or may not find out. Some of the managers can be rude and way too nonchalant to be managing anyone. The lack of organization can be frustrating.
