      Great Summer Job

      Pros

      This place is great for a summer job. You work with people your own age, the job is easy and you get to listen to great music. If you happen to be a lawn server, there's a good chance you get an extra tip too.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. It's often "fend for yourself" as far as getting materials for your events. In addition, the scheduling is often last minute and a pain.

      Pros

      Great people, lots of opportunity, energy, and excitement. You can take a chance and try something new and different and forge your own path. The senior management is a small group that works well together so if you are interested in making a change to a different department, it can happen naturally through conversations with your boss and their peers.

      Cons

      There are so many parties involved as support and resources that it can be difficult to make decisions and get a clear direction. You definitely have to be self motivated.
