Pros
There were opportunities for advancement to supervise employees and move to the main restaurant as a waiter.
Cons
The fellow staff are very close and typically speak Spanish to each other so it is easy to tell as a non Spanish speaker when they are trying to not have you understand them. Also, management is typically nice as long as you stay out of their way, but you tend to take a lot of criticism and there isn't much leading done, just blaming if something goes wrong.
