Family meals every day. Learned a lot about food and beverage which gave me the skills to get a job that was actually worth it.

Cons

Irresponsible management, low pay, no opportunities for advancement, been lied to so many times about promotions, days off etc. Managers used to comp out bottles of champagne in the wolfgang puck dining room and drink them almost every night.
