Pros

9am-5pm working hours, which is unusual for hospitality.

Cons

Poor wage. Managers focus on the negatives and never give any positive feedback.

Pros

Fun events, if you can see them at all. Coworkers are true rockstars. Cool managers and staff. Lots of souvenirs

Cons

People don't matter, just numbers. Terrible budgets, too many bosses and too many changes that don't work on certain markets, but everyone has to reproduce them. Not what they say they are, pretty crappy treatment to employees, preference given to friends not hard work. Terrible contracts with unreal requests, not faire for management to fulfill false promises to clients. Low pay and under equipped kitchens.
