      Diversity (which is hard to find in LV); interesting work; lots of fun events (hockey, concerts)

      Cons

      Constant mix messages/instructions with managers/supervisors; very, very rude managers/supervisors (this is their first time handling concerts and hockey; they are a 'bit' overwhelmed and it shows; especially during mass hirings and Xmas, which was a disaster); inconsistency with employee policies; lack of courtesies/cultural sensitivity training with managers/supervisors/upper level management.

      No hours. All sorts of work and expectations. Low pay and very low consistency. I’ve been told 4 different numbers in what I’m supposed to be paid. And they discriminate against Heath disorders and are not accommodating.
