Pros

Work alongside great people. Getting to work in large-scale sporting venues is nice.

Cons

Work 80 sometimes up to 100 hour weeks in peak season. Always sent to support other properties during your season and off-season. Hourly staff you are in charge of makes more than you with their hourly rate plus OT.
