Pros

Working at a ball park is great fun; there is always something to do. The hours were very flexible too.

Cons

Management seemed disorganized at times which caused stress. Some games go quite late, so if you can't work until 11 PM, this isn't for you.

Pros

Employee meal- sometimes Empathy from fellow managers. We're all suffering together. Pathetic really, but hey misery loves company.

Cons

Work/life balance doesn't exist Upper management that tell you they appreciate you and show it by making you work 100+ hour weeks. Ridiculous labor demands Management team plays favorites Management team that doesn't develop subordinates Management team that hires their friends with no experience Unrealistic budgets set Strained client relationship
