      Gives lunch at subsidized rate Good office infrastructure

      1. Too much office politics 2. Top management listen only HOD / Dept head views. It doesn't matter whether he is wrong or right. 3. During interview they don't disclose the conditions but on the day of joining, they pressurise to sign 3 year bond value of 150000 INR. Moreover, in most of the cases, notice period is 3 months not 1 month. 4. Company dominated by local people. Most of them are less qualified but sitting on high post. If you are creative and want to grow in this company then you will become a reason of their insecurity.

      0 hour contract worked for me as I got to decide when to work. This wasn't my only income so it was ok for me.

      Cons

      didn't feel like there was much room for progression into other roles.
