Pros

Potential for good tips. Get to see parts of games and concerts. Fun job - not a stress job.

Cons

Call times too early. Long stretch of no work because of season schedule. Non-local Senior Management makes too many decisions for local establishment.

Pros

You get to eat some of the food.

Cons

Some times when you're the cashier you don't even get a break. I used to be there standing on my feet for 8-12 hours at a time and would not get a break. I thought that was ridiculous. Then the volunteers, people who work there, people who have volunteer groups there ALL were stealing. And they thought that it was hilarious. Some would sell the food for a lower or higher price and pocket the money, when I tried to say something about it because I don't believe in lying, stealing or cheating I was threatened by these criminals. I had to go, I hate that company & everyone's going to keep stealing until The Georgia World Congress Center crumbles.
