A company that feels like a family.

Pros

The people at the home office are extremely helpful and friendly. The work life balance was manageable and it was an overall great experience.

Cons

While working at the home office was a very rewarding experience, the employees in the field at the actual locations often complain about the work-life balance, as the company is in the very demanding field of hospitality.

Major sport and entertainment venue, allowing for great opportunites to witness amazing events. A handful of intellegient and hard working employees that truly give 100%.

Cons

Immediate senior managment eager to take credit for others hard work and successes, quick to point the finger when things do not go well.

Pros

I learned how to go the extra mile for the customers. There was a good work environment. I loved my job.

Cons

I did not think that the pay was good because, the section that I was working for was expensive to dine and I was making minimum wage.
