Pros

Respectful & understanding managers, great pay, shift flexibility, tasty food, exciting environment to work in, typically looked forward to going to work. uniforms didn't look too bad either

Cons

there really aren't many cons to be honest. i've worked for levy for about three years now and the only thing i have to complain about are union and uniform fees

Pros

Overall a good company with great places to work and some talented individuals. Like most hospitality companies, if you work hard, you can advance.

Cons

No longer a small company. Largely run by accountants, lawyers and HR. The chefs, food and experience no longer leads the charge. Their best days are behind them.
