      Pros

      They have a great product. I would eat the food, the display of catered items is beautiful. The Menu offers a wide variety of items.

      Cons

      Some of the Management could use more training on there HR skills and diversity traning. Visiting team members could have been more helpful in terms of addressing Levy Standards

      Pros

      The people at the home office are extremely helpful and friendly. The work life balance was manageable and it was an overall great experience.

      Cons

      While working at the home office was a very rewarding experience, the employees in the field at the actual locations often complain about the work-life balance, as the company is in the very demanding field of hospitality.

      Pros

      The food Is delicious Management works as a Team The ability to travel and see other properties. There are many Levy perks that offer you discounts and etc. They have a levy legend program that acknowledges employees hard work .

      Cons

      Very strict on Labor costs, as many companies are. If you are from the north east region such as myself, you might need to relocate to the midwest and west region of the country, where most of their property contracts are.
