Good bonus program Good benefits Base pay is competitive Nice perks from hourlies to salaried employees, varied by location More enjoyable work experience than some of its competitors Most locations offered a free meal.

Cons

The division I was in had very little diversity and it sometimes felt like an old boys club. Hours are long and unpredictable, which is why I had to change careers- no time for kids and family. Expect to work for weeks on end with no days off or back to back days of 6a to 12a.
