Be prepared to work 24/7 and feel anxiety if you’re not constantly checking your emails. Don’t have time to take vacation. If you do, they’ll make you feel guilty for doing so. They’ll make you feel guilty if you aren’t constantly working whether you’re at the stadium or at home. Their number one value of “levy nice” isn’t a thing. At all. You want to be manipulated and backstabbed and have lies and rumors spread about you? Work here. People pretend to be nice. Regional management and up does nothing to help locations. Full of false promises and big let downs. Big company wide calls every quarter are a big blow of hot air with zero action. Processes that could easily be simplified but they won’t listen. Suck at your job and cause everyone at your location pain?? You get awarded with big cushy promotions!!

Schedules being based around events can make hours inconsistent.
