Pros

This is a fun and energetic company. You are allowed to be creative. You have flexibility to create new processes and systems.

Cons

The Work Life balance is not a priority. The company will use you as much as they can and will make you travel as much as they can.

Pros

The Levy Restaurant company is extremely family and service oriented. Their services are highly sought after for several ball parks and stadiums' concessions and guest service management. Levy's widely acclaimed training programs warrant companies, such as The Disney Corporation, to train their respective employees. Furthermore, as Levy has such an expansive reach, job opportunities and upward mobility are seemingly endless. Referencing the Concession Stand Lead position specifically, the pay is good and it's a great job for those with a desire to take their leadership skills to the next level, or eventually manage.

Cons

As a Concession Stand Lead, it is a lot of responsibility. Also, because this is job requires you to supervise a concession stand (usually for games, concerts, events, etc.) the hours aren't that great; you would need an additional part-time job to make ends meet.
