Pros

If you’re a white male with limited experience it’s easier to climb the ranks.

Cons

If you’re an educated experienced woman even if you’re white you'll be mistreated or disregarded in some way.

Pros

Levy is lucky to be a subsidiary of Compass Group; probably wouldn't make it on their own otherwise. If you work in one of the venues, you probably think Levy is a great company.

Cons

Levy is run from the bottom up, meaning field operations (rather than corporate) has virtually all control of the organization. Most corporate departments could completely disappear with no change to the day to day business. CEO has been there far too long. He only interacts with a very small trusted group of people; no one else matters. Levy is terrible at leveraging their size and scale. They also keep under-productive people around for no good reason.
