Very unorganized, no training at all

They don’t really care about their employees. It’s all about numbers to them. What awards they can get with having you on their team. They push their employees without giving anything back. They give out bonuses to some but not to all, and unfortunately the ones getting the bonuses are the ones who do the least amount of work. If you want a place to feel fairly treated, don’t come here. They’ll only be nice when they have no other choice. You’re just a number.
