Pros

-get paid the same no matter how many hours you work -little supervision that's it

Cons

-Deliveries are NEVER on time -management refuses to communicate with employees and leave you with little to no notice of changes with inventory or displays -have to work all holidays without exception -work 7 days a week -crappy pay the job might sound easy enough, but gets very tiresome. Seriously do not work as a merchandiser.

Pros

Great Insurance paid primarily by the company. On your own once you leave with your load. Deliver all night dealing with 15 to 25 stops

Cons

Work Long hours. (10 to 14) a night. Seldom get 2 days off back to back. This schedule does not allow for much of a personal life. Pay averages about $20 to 22 an hour depending on how fast you work.
