Pros

If you’ve got a family, you will never find another employer who provides this level of coverage with health, dental and vision at this price. Never. I’ve been other places and paid too much for terrible insurance. You WILL be taking care of your family if you work here.

Cons

The six day work week isn’t for everyone, but there are different jobs here that have different hours so keep your eyes open for what works for you. Training isn’t the best, so if you’re a slow learner you may struggle. No vacation or paid personal days until you’ve been here a year.

Pros

Insurance is adequate, can buy bread for 50 cents a loaf.

Cons

Favoritism. They don’t pay a living wage to staff, unless you’re in production and can make overtime. Will ask you to do work you weren’t hired to do without pay increases. Raises are few and far between. The president of the company doesn’t care about his employees, and having to talk to anyone other than department heads is beneath him. Vacation time is a joke. No upward mobility.
