Pros

Good Leadership open minded has a company focus of inclusion with operating principles that are driven throughout the company

Cons

There is a lot to do, with little to no leadership guidance very much sink or swim company. They are currently working hard to change this. But you need to be a readymade strong leader. Soon I see this changing.

Disappointing

Pros

The pay is good, but not any better than Asplundh pay for the same work in the area. I just happen to live closer to Lewis.

Cons

The equipment is terrible. The management is terrible. There is no room to grow past crew leader. There’s no paid time of or sick days or any kind of bonuses. Vacation is only a week until you’ve been here for five years.

If you like being worked to death with no reward or appreciation. This is your place.

Cons

Low pay high responsibility. An average gf only takes home around 52k a year.
