Infrastructure is bad and old.

toxic culture, low pay. management falls into two catagories here... they are either really good at their jobs but terrible at managing people/have bad personalities/attitudes or managers are actually nice but just terrible at their jobs. no in between here. def racist and homophobic but pretends not to be according to their Lasallian principles, ageism issues exist such as treating younger staff like children. no flexibility, old ideals, mean spirited people, pushes Catholicism too much, over all kind of soul sucking if honest.
