Great people to work with. It's a friendly community of hardworking honest people. They have a strong mission statement and the employee's hold true to it.

Cons

It is a small community so things travel around the community quickly. There is some bureaucratic processes that take time to get through.

Strong, committed group of peers and support staff, all willing to constantly grow and improve our work. Former students have continued to achieve Advance Practice Nurse Board Certification and Doctorates.

Cons

Most things change too slowly to give the University the competitive edge it says it wants. Often the various colleges are operating on their own agenda and collaboration can be spotty.
