You're given a number of students to contact them either by text, email, or phone call. It's up to them if they want to let you know how they're feeling. Just be there and be ready to talk if something is weighing their minds. It's college, they're finally on their own. Sometimes you need a random guy to help encourage you. That'll be you.

Cons

Low pay. It can get boring if none of your students reach back.
