LewisGale Regional Health System reviews

Very racist management and some co-workers. I tried complaining to the human resources at Lewisgale but no one did nothing. I eventually left on my own with a 2weeks notice. I will never knowningly work for a low class racist company again!!

Elements above local management level (HCA Corporate) are not familiar with core competencies needed for security/law enforcement operations. Logistical and Operational support from HCA is lacking. HR is incapable of posting positions in a timely manner or accelerating hiring process when department is critically short staffed. High Turnover rate at Senior Management Level is a cause for concern... Disrupts operations and continuity for long term strategic vision of department's structure, goals, and mission.
