The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

A lot of walking. Also, doing the specimen processing can get pretty hectic sometimes.

They have a better market pay scale for nurses. The other guy I hear oays their nurses very bad and I wonder if thats why we get a lot of the ABSN students from Jefferson. They are the most sought after and lewis gale does lat well. Good team work environment as well. I like my manager.

Cons

Sometimes problems are not resolved as fast as we would like them to be solved, but I understand it takes time to improve things. The marketing could also be a bit better as well to attract nurses even more than we already do.
