First, I have gained knowledge & skills in Medical coding through training, mentoring & attending schoology class which I like before doing the actual work. I've learned how to socialize with co-workers & established good working relationship with them. I'm working with a great team & excellent Team Leader which I'm truly grateful for.

Cons

The salary increase is not annual. Leave benefits are limited only.

Or, hard to feel like you and your efforts make a difference at the company.
