Pros

Flexible with schedule. CEUs available

Cons

Training on the actual client coding program was terrible. Management acts like you are the idiot if there are errors popping up in the software and it's your fault. No audits. Work is not evenly distributed, so multiple people are trying to work same encounters and stepping all over each other. Not enough work for the many, many people working the same encounters.
