We do request opinions regarding benefits, asking for feedback during our quarterly surveys and during our annual benefits survey. We also partner with our broker strategically throughout the year to share the info and continually plan for what can be rolled out during the year or during open enrollment, aligning with our growth and budget plans. Our broker also thoroughly reviews market trends and pricing nationally, then works to find best options for quality, coverage and pricing. We will always work towards the very best quality and pricing for our employees. Each of the last four years we've been able to also roll out additional improvements like a shorter vesting schedule, FlexPTO, individual customized financial planning, increased HSA contributions, the addition of free generic prescriptions, increased wellness credits and more.

Pros

While most companies are in the news for forcing their employees to return to the office, Lexipol acknowledges that remote work is attractive to many. Serving public safety personnel, this company is a great place for veterans to work that understand the unique culture our customers work in.

Cons

As a growing company, there can be times when collaboration and communication aren't as good as they should be between business units. However, leadership is aware of this and working on improvements like checking in frequently (2x month) with all staff meetings.

Yes, we focus on trying to over-communicate through "Ask the CEO" offerings, bi-weekly Town Halls, Leadership meetings, team mtgs, 1:1s, even interdepartmental mentoring and focus groups.
