Importantly, we honored all PTO requests previously approved. Our standard PTO policy emphasizes approval based on balancing individual needs with company obligations, ensuring proper coverage, and maintaining operational effectiveness. Additionally, the introduction of Gong is intended purely as a coaching and development tool to empower our sales professionals by sharing best practices and providing meaningful feedback. We've been encouraged by overwhelmingly positive feedback from our team, noting significant performance improvements through coaching support. We acknowledge the frustrations that come with organizational change, and we’re committed to supporting our sales team members’ growth and success through clear communication, thoughtful coaching, and ongoing dialogue.
