Pros

The leadership shows little concern for its employees. The expectations are unreasonable. When several top performers leave because of the toxic work environment, it speaks volumes.

Cons

The executive leadership team lacks clarity when it comes to setting goals and expectations. When their unrealistic expectations aren’t met, they blame the team. There’s no accountability on their part for their failure to understand the market.

Pros

work from home- but aren't most sales jobs? Unlimited PTO

Cons

Unlimited PTO is a joke, we have not been allowed to take ANY time off for a month with no end in sight despite being praised for a phenomenal month. This is punishment for not making our numbers as a team for the quarter, despite most of the team being new & ELT creating confusing rules regarding account ownership and territories that are too small. They installed Gong to track and monitor all meetings and are using it as a "gotcha" tool. If you don't like what they say or do, you're not "coachable".

Thank you for your candid feedback. We understand how important time off is for our team's wellbeing and work-life balance, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration our temporary PTO moratorium caused. As you noted, our team experienced significant challenges in Q1, and after assessing business performance alongside the considerable volume of time off already approved and taken, we temporarily paused new PTO requests in March to stabilize our operations. Importantly, we honored all PTO requests previously approved. Our standard PTO policy emphasizes approval based on balancing individual needs with company obligations, ensuring proper coverage, and maintaining operational effectiveness. Additionally, the introduction of Gong is intended purely as a coaching and development tool to empower our sales professionals by sharing best practices and providing meaningful feedback. We've been encouraged by overwhelmingly positive feedback from our team, noting significant performance improvements through coaching support. We acknowledge the frustrations that come with organizational change, and we’re committed to supporting our sales team members’ growth and success through clear communication, thoughtful coaching, and ongoing dialogue. We appreciate your perspective, and your feedback helps us continually refine our approach.
