Pros

New leadership understands what is needed to move a company forward as well as provide the customers with the best solutions possible Teams work collaboratively and has a very open friendly manner when talking product development and engineering. Open communications from the C-Levels to the company wide employees. 2 way communication - open door policy is an actual thing rather than a blurb used from "management books" Worthwhile work - delivering systems to help first responders doing extremely stressful and dangerous jobs, in carry out these roles and dealing with the inevitable mental issues that come with them.

Cons

With all companies, no where is perfect. Could salaries be higher....yes but that's the same everywhere Has there been layoffs - yes but to refocus department funding and strengthening keys areas Is everyone an angel and great to work with....no. I guarantee people think I can be a pain to work with....but on the whole - environment is great.
