      Company vision and purpose is very attractive. Leadership is progressive. LEXIPOL is a consistently positively growing company in a SAS world of companies always in flux.

      Base pay is only average. Employees win by betting on themselves and over performance

      - Flexible PTO - Met some great people

      Cons

      - Under market pay without a clear path for success including compensation raises and/or promotions while being expected to take on the workload of team members fired in massive layoffs. - Lack of upper leadership transparency, with no insight into future path forward...buzzwords galore in meetings with no real honestly. - Cross-functional dysfunctionality, with highly unprofessional outbursts from colleagues, passive-aggressive messages and attitudes, and general disrespect of other human beings.
