A promising GTM opportunity

Pros

Every single person I came across are helpful. Management understands their employees well. There is huge positive culture of growth in action. C-Levels are very data driven and cares about professional growth.

Cons

-Change is hard as we have embarked into a brand new GTM motion by total re-organization. -If anyone is not up for this robust challenge I would discourage them to apply here. -The existing team has been through a lot in the past in-terms of management changes and naturally the new leadership is trying to do a lot of damage control and trying to rejuvenate employee morale and growth.

Thank you for the positive feedback, and for taking the time to share your experience! As a leadership team, we are extremely mindful of the discomfort and challenges related to change management, and it is something we are consistently discussing and checking in on across the org. We are very fortunate to have a staff full of dedicated individuals who truly believe in the mission of our business, and care deeply about the value and support our solutions provide to first responders across the country. This is something we don't take for granted, and we sincerely appreciate the team's willingness to lean in on the changes that have been made, and their understanding of the vision we are all working to deliver on.

Pros

The work family dynamic is motivating, even in the busiest of times. Truly feel like we are all driving towards the same mission to make a difference for our customers, Communication is constant and through the ranks, which positively impacts morale because we all understand strategy and goals, and what is expected of us. Even in an administrative role, I feel empowered to propose ideas and own projects. Truly the most team-oriented company I have encountered in my career, which makes the workload tolerable. My kids don't quite comprehend what Lexipol does, but they know we serve first responders, which makes them proud of their mama.

Cons

Sometimes when everything is a priority, nothing is a priority, but leadership is helping guide our focus.

Pros

The people! They're smart driven and are deeply committed to the communities they serve. The mission is very compelling and is deeply ingrained in everything we do at Lexipol. The products work and they provide real tangible benefits to the first responders in communities around the United States. The leadership team all the way to the CEO are connected to their end users and very transparent with all employees. It is an honor to work at a place with this kind of commitment to excellence and dedication to our end users.

Cons

Hard to believe but I am really hard pressed to find anything worth noting. They have their typical bumps in the road just like any other company but nothing compare to other highly successful companies I've worked for in the past.
