      Lexipol did recently eliminate a number of positions as part of a strategic reinvestment plan. Rather than a cost-cutting measure, this was a reallocation of resources reflecting our unwavering commitment to fostering growth and innovation that will provide our customers with the solutions they need to operate safety and efficiently. As Lexipol continues its rapid expansion, these changes will position us to invest in technological advances and provide best-in-class, mission-critical solutions to public safety agencies and local government organizations across the country.

      Very poor sales management team.

      Good sales people who believe in the mission.

      Cons

      Sales management regularly displays poor decision making especially after revamping their go to market strategy at the beginning of 2023. This statement is supported by the recent major layoffs within the company. Managers and VPs seem to lack integrity here. They also seem to have issues with telling the truth.

      Great people. Private equity owned. Clean up of previous leadership's lack, causing distress in the ranks.

      * People I worked alongside and managed have the "we're in this together" attitude * Challenging / interesting work * Cross-organization synergies * Updated technologies coming in to replace severely outdated tech (due to previous executive leadership's and private equity's lack of investment to keep up.) BEFORE October 2023 (see ratings section for current ranks) * Culture and Values - 5 stars * Work / Life Balance - 5 stars * Senior Management - 4 stars

      * Pay under market value * Private Equity owned * Mass hiring to display significant company growth, followed by ... * Recent mass layoffs, not necessarily the new hires. * Remaining employees have lost trust in executive leadership New CEO asked leaders to create scalability metrics, with the direction of using these to grow revenue with the RESOURCES IN PLACE. Then turned around and conducted mass layoffs, seemingly using those metrics.
