      Since the pandemic, the perks you've mentioned have continued to get better and the engineering teams have been fully remote.

      Flexible schedule. Good coworkers. Work from home.

      Cons

      Woke culture slowly creeping in. After multiple mergers and acquisitions top administrators lost touch with managers and developers. Toxic managers allowing cliques and subterfuge among employees. A lot of internal back biting and cancelling of employees who don't fit in with increasingly woke attitude and practices.
