3yThank you for your feedback. The opinions listed here were not shared with the company and the turnover is simply not factual. We do offer multiple ways for feedback to be shared internally and also have a review process that includes team members review of all levels of management. All efforts for several years have been heavily focused on employees, communication, listening and rolling out ideas, benefits, perks, improvements, and recognition, as well as offering great products to the communities we serve.
