Reach out to your manager or to HR or your executive team member. Pay increases directly tie to performance so we can discuss a potential plan for you especially as we are defining goals for 2025 across the organization.

Thanks for the review! Yes, we're very fortunate to have developed truly "must have" solutions for our market, and to have the ability to directly impact the safety and well-being of first responders and the communities they serve. Certainly, selling into Public Safety does present a challenge in terms of it being a niche market, which is why we're continually looking to add new solutions to bring to our client base. We're very excited about our newest offerings, Performance Reporting and Field Training software, and have already been seeing strong interest from the market!

Pros

Great company values and culture. Caring, kind, and friendly people. They are also very forward thinking in terms of technology, embracing AI, and providing us with quality tools and resources to work with unlike many other companies that I have worked for in the past.

Cons

The pay could be better and the training we design and develop tends to be more about quantity as opposed to quality. We pump out a LOT of training using rapid development tools as opposed to more sophisticated, robust, and industry standard tools.
